Rules & Terms Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your project to the New Jersey International Short Festival.

• No. 1

  Films can be from anywhere in the world since the festival is an international competition.

• No. 2

  The festival has the right to use a trailer, stills and a poster from the films for promotional purposes.

• No. 3

  English subtitles are required for non-English films.

• No. 4

  All films must be not older than year 2025.

• No. 5

  The festival does not require World Premiere, but appreciates if you notify us if you are either a World Premiere, International Premiere (your first premiere outside your country of origin), or New Jersey Premiere.

• No. 6

  Entry fees are in U.S. dollars, per film entry and are non-refundable. Entries without entry fees will be disqualified.
